Homemade carrot cake with walnuts and freshly grated carrots. Iced and filled with homemade cream cheese buttercream; with fresh carrot and coconut filling. Topped with cream cheese buttercream red roses and leaves with piped message in the middle. The whole cake is surrounded with crushed walnuts and a cream cheese buttercream shell border. Served along with 6 carrot cupcakes, iced with red stars.

My first attempt at the chocolate boarder cake technique! Chocolate sponge cake filled with pink raspberry buttercream, wrapped in a milk chocolate boarder.
