What possibly could be chocolatey and healthy at the same time? Brace your self you might make a face or do a double take like me. This is a brand new recipe I tried and i have to admit it was PRETTY AMAZING.
ZUCCINI BROWNIES ! Heres how you make 'em
Tip- Shred the zuccinni as small as possible and dont drain it!
Ingredients
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 regular size apple sauce snack ( apple sauce is a great oil substitue!)
1 1/3 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt ( just a pinch)
2 cups shredded zucchini
Directions
Mix oil & apple sauce in a bowl. Add sugar & vanilla, mix well.
In a seperate bowl mix dry ingredients. Pour dry ingredients gradually into wet mixture.
Do not add any milk or water, and do not strain zuccinni. Fold in zuccini.
Bake for 25-35 mins & let chill.
Hope you enjoy this recipe! You can't even taste the zuccinni!
